These Terms govern your use of FormFlow (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
FormFlow lets you build lead-capture forms, validate WhatsApp numbers, route submissions to agents, and optionally sync submissions to a Google Sheet you own. Features and limits depend on your plan.
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, collect data without proper consent, violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. You are responsible for obtaining consent from the people who submit your forms and for how you use their data.
Paid plans and WhatsApp-validation credits are paid from your wallet balance, which you top up (including via USDT). Subscriptions renew automatically from your wallet; if your wallet cannot cover a renewal, your plan is downgraded to Free. Amounts already spent are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice.
The Service integrates with third parties (for example WhatsApp-number validation, Google Sheets, and a crypto payment processor). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Number validation and delivery to WhatsApp depend on third parties and are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 3 months.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. See also our Privacy Policy.
