Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026

FormFlow ("we", "us") provides a form-building service that captures lead submissions, validates WhatsApp numbers, routes them to agents, and can sync submissions to a Google Sheet you own. This policy explains what data we handle and how.

Information we collect

How we use Google user data

When you connect your Google account, we store a token that lets us write your form submissions into a Google Sheet that our app creates for you. We use this access solely to create that sheet and append your submission rows. We do not read your other files, we do not share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. You can disconnect at any time from the app, which revokes our access on our side.

FormFlow's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use submission data

We use WhatsApp-number validation providers to check whether a submitted number is registered on WhatsApp. Only the phone number is sent for this check. Submissions are stored in our database and, if you enable it, mirrored to your Google Sheet.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product (our database/hosting provider and the WhatsApp-number validation provider), and only as required to deliver the service.

Data retention and deletion

You control your form submissions and can delete them from the app. To delete your account and associated data, or to revoke Google access, contact us or use the disconnect / delete controls in the app.
